I like the ideas we kick around in Darcy. Some are bad, others are really bad, but the worst ideas we ever have somehow turn out to be the best things in the long run. I can't think of any right now, actually.

Within the next few years, I'd like to see Darcy focus on making songs that are poetic and filled with perplexing vocals. I want harmonies as far as the ear can hear, but mainly I want the same thing I've wanted from the first second I ever considered being in a band--having people to listen.

I like to live by a slightly tweaked line from Field of Dreams, "If you play music and it's not crappy, they will come."
